Our orders ideally take 3-12 business days to process. Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer of up to 20 business days.
Somethin’ Sweet is run on a zero-inventory system to offer better prices to our customers. Once an order is made we contact our vendors to re-order the item.
Due to this method, unexpected delays are possible, and we would like to apologize in advance for any inconveniences caused.
Your status will change to fulfilled right before shipping out your order directly before shipments are made where statuses will remain unfulfilled.
If further unexpected delays occur we will be sending what we already have first (ONLY after 10-12 business days), and the remainder in a following package.
Cancellations are possible during any time before shipments are made*
* If we are given notice 3 business days after your order a direct refund to your Paypal/credit card will made.
Otherwise the cancelation refund will be made as a Somethin’ Sweet gift-card.
Modifications to your order are possible only when they are of the corresponding price, or you wish to change the color or size of an item.
Adding a new item or exchanging an item to you order is only possible through a new order via the website.
This new order may be merged with your previous orders if you wish.
In this case your most recent shipping fee (if paid for) will be refunded.
Please keep in mind that in event of adding a new order to a previously existing order, an additional delay may occur with the processing of your order,
and any changes will not be shown via automated system emails as they have been made manually.
