Your order should be shipped within 1-12 business days after payment. Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer, up to 20 business days.
Somethin’ Sweet is run on a zero-inventory system to offer better prices to our customers. Once an order is made we contact our vendors to re-order the item.
Due to this method, unexpected delays are possible, and we would like to apologize in advance for any inconveniences caused.

Your order status will be displayed as unfulfilled until your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, the status will be changed to 'fulfilled' and you will receive your tracking number at your registered email.
If further unexpected delays occur we will be sending what we already have first (ONLY after 10-12 business days), and the remainder in a following package.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours after payment. After that, we can only accept to cancel the products that are still being processed.
The cancelled items will be refunded to your original mean of payment. If after the cancellation of some items, your order value falls under the free shipping requirements, $4.99 USD will be deducted from your refund.

Modifications to your order are possible only when they are of the corresponding price, or you wish to change the color or size of an item.
Adding a new item or exchanging an item to you order is only possible through a new order via the website.
This new order may be merged with your previous orders if you wish.
In this case your most recent shipping fee (if paid for) will be refunded.
Please keep in mind that in event of adding a new order to a previously existing order, an additional delay may occur with the processing of your order,
and any changes will not be shown via automated system emails as they have been made manually.
