- Out-of-stock. Apologies for the late notification but an item could have been noticed to be out-of-stock. A notification of its unavailability and credit-card refund should have also been made in the process. Please check your account email and let us know if other issues are present.

- Coming soon. Your items are coming soon! To best our services, when we have relatively passed the 10th business day standard processing period Somethin' Sweet sends its already processed items first and the remaining items as soon as possible in a following shipment.

Our products tend to run small compared to international SPA brands like H&M or Zara. Please keep in mind that our sizes are about 1/2 to 1 size smaller, although it varies between products.

Please check our measurements found in each product page, and make sure to consult with our customer service center about any concerns before placing your order.

Orders take 3-12 business days to process. Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take up to 20 business days. Your tracking code will be sent to you via email once it is shipped.

Because we do not want to keep you waiting, Somethin' Sweet provides partial shipping (free of charge) for orders not shipped out until 10 business days after it has been placed. In case of partial delivery, the items in stock on the 10th day will be shipped out first, and the rest as soon as they become available. If you would rather receive all the products in one package, please let us know.

Shipments take 2-5 business days, although certain regions may take longer. If your package does not arrive within 8 business days from shipment, please contact our customer service center.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping with some purchase requirements. Customers with shipping addresses in Asia can qualify for FREE shipping with purchases of $100 USD or more. Customers with a non-Asia shipping address may enjoy FREE shipping with purchases of $200 USD or more.

If you see "Unfulfilled" status on your order, it simply means it has not shipped yet. It does not imply there are any problems with your order, so you need not worry! We are just in the process of preparing your order for shipment.

In the case that a product you ordered is sold out, we refund the amount to your credit card and notify you via your registered e-mail address. This means that your product is sold out from the market and is no longer available for shipping.

Due to the fast-paced fashion industry in Korea, popular products quickly sell out. We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases, but because Somethin' Sweet runs a zero-inventory system to offer better prices to our customers, these instances are sometimes inevitable. We sincerely apologize for such inconvenience :(

There may be refunds on your credit card due to sold out products. In such cases, we send an email to your registered email address with the name of the product that was sold out and the corresponding refund amount. Please check your email.

If, after deducting the value of the sold-out product, your net purchase amount becomes less than the free shipping minimum requirement, you do not need not worry. In such cases, you will not be charged for additional shipping.

Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. Please understand that Somethin' Sweet is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your county’s customs policies before placing your order.

Somethin' Sweet is dedicated to providing the best service to our customers. All return requests must first be submitted to sthsweet.com@gmail.com, and all returning merchandise must have a properly filled out return note (which we will email you) with it in order to be processed.

For defective products, we offer exchanges/returns. Please contact our customer service at within 3 business days of receipt to arrange a FedEx pick-up.

For unwanted products, Somethin' Sweet accepts returns only (no exchanges) for all our merchandise except swimwear, intimates, and shapewear. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted merchandise and place a new order. When you send us back the product, please make sure to use a postal service that insures you for the value of the item you are returning and obtain proof of shipping. Please understand all returning shipment of unwanted merchandise needs to be sent at customer's expense. Any cash-on-delivery packages of unwanted merchandise will not be accounted for. Please provide us with a tracking number, and once we confirm receipt, we will refund you the full amount of merchandise in the form of Somethin' Sweet Gift Card.(Please note a $8.99 shipping fee will be deducted if your net purchase amount after returning is less then minimum free shipping requirement)

We are happy to process a price adjustment if we reduce the price of any merchandise (in the same color and size) that you have ordered from us within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we offer price adjustments only for items purchased at the original price, and that you must first request a price adjustment via email at sthsweet.com@gmail.com. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE MATCHING FOR BLACK FRIDAY DEALS AND FLASH SALES.

In the email, please specify a preferred method between the following: 1) getting back the dollar amount difference in price with a Gift Card OR 2) receiving a Discount Code with the same discount percentage as the product on sale. In either case, the expiration date will be two months from issuing date. 

Typically, we only accept cancellations of any type under the following conditions.

1. You requested for cancellation within 24 hours of making the payment and the order status is still “pending”.

2. The order has been delayed for more than 12 business days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay.

If there is a special sale going on, such as the Black Friday sales, where the items are already being sold at a discounted price, your discount code may not work.

Your discount code may also not work if it has already expired.
