You can return your purchased items, free of charge. Notify us within 7 days after receiving your package to request a return. The return shipping fee is at the customer expense and all items will be refunded with a Gift Card. The Gift Card does not expire and can be used with an additional discount code if you have one. Our return address is in Seoul, South Korea.
Please note that for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for cosmetic items, accessories, undergarments, face masks, and swimwear.
